Each portrait session includes an initial consultation to get to know you, your preferences for location and themes, and your vision for the portraits; a photography session with Larry Kanfer to capture all that you are; preparation of the portraits by Larry for your review; and a private portrait review to select your favorites. Larry personally works with each print order to ensure that your objectives are met, paying careful attention to color-correction and offering enhancements upon request.

Background
Larry began his career as a portrait photographer, working door-to-door because he loved the connections he made with people. Over time, his reputation grew as a fine art photographer, known for his skill in identifying and emphasizing aspects that bring a fresh view to a well-known place. Larry strives to understand his subject and portray it honestly.
With more than 30 years of portrait experience, Larry has a distinctive understanding of the nuances of relationships and personalities within families, including young children and even pets. Maintaining the same seriousness of purpose and thoughtfulness with both fine art and portrait photography, Larry combines enthusiasm for his subject with the challenge of capturing its essence. Whether you would like your portraits taken in our studio or at a location of your choice, Larry will capture the beauty of each individual and bring out their personality.
